Invoices are payable on net-15 terms unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur fees and pause active work.
3. Deliverables
We commit to defined effort and quality standards, not guaranteed search engine rankings. Search results depend on factors outside our control.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential. We will not disclose your strategy, data, or campaign details without consent.
5. Intellectual Property
Content created for you becomes your property upon payment. Our internal tools, processes, and prospect databases remain Growithm's property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Growithm's total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services in the three months preceding any claim.
